MANUFACTURER’S SIXTY DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants that your Genie Bra is free of defects in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, repair or replace any defective Genie Bra that is returned. All parts and components are warranted for 60 days from the date the product is received. This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:

1. Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to consumer use only, and is void when the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.

2.The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.

3.This limited warranty is the only written or express warranty given by the manufacturer. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

4.Repair or replacement of the product (or, if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the purchase price) is theexclusive remedy of the consumer under this warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty on this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

5. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Procedure for Warranty Repairs or Replacement

If warranty service is necessary, the original purchaser must pack the product securely and send it postage paid with a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and a check or money order for $9.99 to cover return postage and handling to the following address:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Genie Bra, simply return your entire product within 60 days, including any and all accessories, directly to us at the address listed below. Following the receipt of a properly returned complete product, we will refund the full purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please include proof of purchase and your mailing address. For warranty service, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty included with your product.

THANK YOU! I love my new Genie Bra’s. I ordered them on August 2, and received them on August 10. I was nervous about the support, but I have been wearing one all day and it is like it is not even there. I have never been so comfortable wearing a bra. My order was a total of 12 Genie Bra’s and I gave 6 to my daughter as we wear the same size. I do wish that I had ordered the inserts because I wear alot of thin tops. I just wanted to say thank you for myself and my daughter.

I like the genie bra because it’s so comfortable, but I think I would love it in a longline bra to hold my midrif in. I suggest a longline genie bra be made. Is that possible. thanks

Anna, great news! We now have the CamiShaper by Genie. This CamiShaper has a built-in Genie Bra, holds in your midrif, and can be worn alone as a camisole. Check it out at the website here!

The washing instructions indicate that the pads need to be removed before washing. Does this mean that the pads cannot be washed?

Hi! This is my second time ordering, the first time I ordered a bit to small and even though I loved it my daughter loved it even more so I am back for the correct size. I am disappointed that you no longer offer the lace edging! Any chance this feature will be coming back? Both myself and my teenage daughter LOVED the lace so if it peaked out from a shirt it looked more like a cami and not a bra! PLEASE BRING BACK THE LACE!

I Think it is quite amazing that you have a product that both myself (age 45) and my 15 year old daughter both love and wear everyday despite very different body types, I do have a tradition underwire bra that is somewhere on I25 were it made a flying leap out the window after it poked, prodded and become to unbearable to wear one miserably hot July afternoon, my drawer is now stocked with the Genie Bras and I let all of my friends know about them, much to the embarrassment of my kids!

The Genie Bra is missing out on marketing to an entire group of women, and since I am so delighted with this product and price for these bras, want to pass this on.
The Genie Bra, with it’s side inside breast opening (could be just a bit larger), allows for insertion of a breast form. Mastectomy Bra’s are far more costly, but the Genie Bra works wonderfully and holds the breast form in place. You should consider marketing to Post Mastectomy women.

I have heard about the comfort of the Genie bras but did not realize until I read Kay’s comment that it could possibly work with a breast form. There is DEFINITELY a huge market out there that is missed in the advertising especially when you take into account that 1 in 8 women will have breast cancer!

I ordered 6 Genie bras from the wedsite back in July and really like them; today I bought 2 more at Wal-Mart. I was pleasantly surprised that these had a pouch with a pad. The ones I ordered were not like this, so I have to just put a pad between the bra adn my skin. I like the pouch better. Is this a recent improvement?

I am wondering if anyone who has had breast cancer has tried the Genie Bra…… I had to have both breast removed and has a Tram flap reconstruction and it is so disappointing trying to find a bra that fits the strange shape of reconstuction……. help help I have tried so many bras and they just are such a misfit..

I got a set of bras yesterday and I love them….they are very comfortable. I was planning to order more but in white (I don’t wear too much black and I don’t like nude);
However, You don’t have pack of the same color….is there any possibility that you will offer them in the future? or individually?

I love my new Genie Bras. They’re a perfect fit and more comfortable than anything else I have owned. I am a nursing mom and have not had good luck finding supportive nursing bras. If I have more children, I won’t even bother with nursing bras, these are the perfect solution! You should market to new moms and maternity stores- love,love,love your product!

I bought my first genie bra to small but my girlfriend asked about them she tried it on and dosn’t want to take it off,she eaven sleeps in it.Its the first time she has ever had cleavage she said they are so comfetable I purchased the right size and have given two away to freinds, they loved them alot I love them alot.I will be ordering more,I want the lacey ones this time, is it 6 braes for 59.99 or is it just three? I will be ordering more soon! thanks I fell so beautiful and sexy and have my clevage back without pain from wire bras I hate them they suck I will never wear another.thank you alot

I love my Genie bra’s and have a question, I want the new colors but want to know if I order the new colors instead of 2 of each color can I get the 3 new colors and the other set of black, nude, and white for the free set?
