Thank you for this information. By your charts I should be wearing a XL or 1X. But I prefer to wear the L. It fits great around, under my breast and the cups are just the right fit since they are more of a B than C. Even after washing they fit great. So, though the size chart is a good place to start, and even though I wear XL in my tops, the large Genie bra gives me the support I like….Thank You. ;)

Although I measure out for a large. It was exchanged for X-large as I felt “cramped and crushed” in the large. The X-large seems just perfect. Glad that exchange was made. Mark me as one more happy customer. Thanks, MaryC

May I ask what bra size you are normally? I usually wear an XL in tops but my L Genie bra is supportive- except the band rides up on me… Not sure if I should go for a Medium or an XL.

BTW, I bought one of those other comfort bras- and tried a Large – no support- so went down to a MEDIUM and STILL no support- but the band didnt ride up… I dont wear a Medium in anything…. and still no support in that “other comfort bra”. tks! Kim

Hi ~ (Hope this post may help others)

Me: 5’8″
SIZE: 36D-36DD

I started out with a Size LARGE Genie Bra – the SUPPORT was GREAT but the band kept riding UP and soon the “Girls” were almost coming out the bottom…. I had to constantly pull the bra back down… like the bra was too short for me… I am taller but not THAT tall.

I exchanged for a size XL and the band no long rides up!!! Yea!!! However, I wish I got the support that I got in the Large…

I tried wearing 2 of the (XL) Genie Bras together and the support is much better.

BTW, I have arthritis and have literally been bra shopping for about 10 – YES- TEN YEARS- to find a bra this comfortable!!!!
Other bras pinched or aggravated my shoulders, back, etc…
